CPR and AED (Defibrillator)
The defibrillator training follows current Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines and delegates can be trained in the use of an AED in only a few hours.
Course Duration: 2.5 hours
Cost: £350 in-house
Assessment: Assessment is ongoing throughout the duration of the course. There is a short paper assessment at the end of the course.
Certification: 1 year
Course Content:
- Treatment of an unconscious casualty
- Resuscitation (CPR)
- Recovery Position
- Heart attacks
- Getting to know the AED (any type)
- Operating the AED
This course is taught by a registered health professional.
